1. Who are we?

cwl is a secure crypto lottery platform, providing a transparent and fair way to participate in lotteries. Our platform is exclusively available to crypto users, and currently operates only in regions where cryptocurrency transactions are permitted. cwl follows all relevant blockchain protocols and best practices to ensure a safe lottery experience.

2. What is a Crypto Lottery?

A crypto lottery is a game of chance where participants purchase tickets with cryptocurrencies, and a random draw determines the winners. The prize pool is often generated by the collective contributions of all participants, and winners are selected using secure, blockchain-based algorithms.

3. What are the options in selecting the tickets?

We have three types of ticket selection options:

Option 1: Random Selection Your ticket number is randomly selected by our system. As tickets are non-refundable and numbers cannot be exchanged, we advise caution when selecting this option.

Option 2: Total Sum Selection You can choose a digit from one to nine. The sum of the digits of your ticket number will equal the number you choose. For example, if you choose 9, the sum of your ticket digits will be 9, as in the examples: 8199, 9999, 8073, 3078.

Option 3: Complete Selection This method gives you the most flexibility in choosing the exact ticket number you want. However, please note that the specific number you desire may already be sold or unavailable due to limited ticket availability. The choice of how you purchase your ticket does not affect the outcome of the lottery draw.

4. Why is there a limit on the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased?

This measure is part of our responsible lottery initiative. We encourage you to enjoy the lottery responsibly and ensure it doesn’t become an addiction.

5. Why has my account been blocked despite being a paying customer?

This measure is implemented as part of our responsible lottery initiative. Your account may be blocked temporarily or permanently if our system detects a losing streak. You can appeal this decision by providing your income statement to prove you are playing within your means. Please note that a winning streak will not result in your account being blocked.

6. What is the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy?

Our AML policy is strict. If any winning ticket is exchanged by the original purchaser or if the details are shared with third parties, it will trigger a review by our audit team. Please refrain from doing so, as such actions are easily detectable in a fully digital lottery. Any fraudulent attempts will be treated as willful attempts to defraud the system.

If you are approached by scamsters or fraudulent actors with such offers, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us page and alert the relevant authorities, such as the police and Income Tax department.

7. What is done about those who are/may be addicted to gambling?

This is a measure implemented as a part of our responsible lottery initiative. The details of any person known to/ suspected of exhibiting tendencies associated with an addiction to gambling should be sent to the DMSL immediately.
